Radar does not work in 2.3.5, 2.3.6, and 2.3.7

Radar feature works fine in 2.3.2, but not in any later versions I have tested, 2.3.5 thru 2.3.7

Screen is blank with NO maps, NO tiles.

This happens no matter which weather data providers I select.

I have uninstalled before trying a new version and cleaned the cache.

Symptoms:
Radar page displays with blank white screen.
Progress indicator at top of screen seems OK and moves.
Time of image indicator at bottom of screen seems OK and moves.

Memory stats:
Total: 96 MB
Consumed: 33 MB

Tile stats:
Total count: 57

I am now reinstalling 2.3.2 so I may monitor progress of U.S. hurricanes.
