On my Z3 with the new firmware Android 6.0.1, build 23.5.A.1.291,
the daydream screen remains dark after the device is put
into the dock.

In the settings menu it is possible to start the daydream screen
for only two or three seconds, than the screen also remains dark.

Un-install and re-install the app is not a solution, the same error.
Is there a bugfix or a workaround for that problem?

I'm not able to reproduce this defect.
I'm testing on Sony XPeria Z5, Android 6.

Can you try the following?
- Uninstall YoWindow completely.
- Install YoWindow, but DON'T launch the app.
- Go to Android Settings/Display/Daydream and set YoWindow as Daydream.
- Test daydream.
Will you see the black screen?

Sorry, I cannot understand why YoWindow crashes in this scenario.
It looks like it should work.

Here is the same situation.

After 1-2 seconds the screen is black in demo mode,
other daydreams (Colours, Photos) work fine.

After i put the device into the dock the screen is
black immediately, the soft-buttons (home, back, etc.)
can be seen dimly.
