City available on computer not available on Android

I like to see weather reports from St. Joseph, Missouri. I was able to add St. Joseph to YoWindow on my Mac laptop (in Chrome), but cannot find/add it to my list of cities on my Android phone. Shouldn't the Android version list or find the same cities that the computer version does?

Even on the computer, it's a little tricky. Two St. Josephs come up on the list and it doesn't show the state for either one. I had to cross-check with other weather apps to make sure I got the right one.

If I key in Saint Joseph instead of St. Joseph,
I get the city, county, and state on both Windows and on Android.
