Hi Pasha,

1. After installing the wallpaper turned black.
I had to choose another wallpaper first, then !YoWindow again to get it to work again.

2. I added a new widget and chose not to have the background - ok.
I then edited the existing widget (dragged it to edit) and did choose the background.
It didn't show me the background though.
I had to remove and re-add to get it done.

Both minor things, but maybe of help to others.

Fred, the issue with the wallpaper is actually a major one.
Unfortunately, I'm not able to reproduce it.
Can you provide more context?
1. Do you know a stable way to reproduce the "black screen" effect on start?
2. Was YoWindow App running when you was setting the wallpaper?
3. Are you running Free or Unlimited edition of YoWindow?
4. Any tips from you are welcome

I've tried several options, but it looks like a one time issue.
It only occured on my phone, not on my tablet.

I have deleted 0.82 and re-installed 0.81.
I have tried both installing 0.82 over 0.81 and starting from scratch.
Both to no avail, sorry

I did have a black screen two times when opening the app after my last install.
That has disappeared now and doesn't seem to appear again.

If I find anything else, I'll let you know.

Hi Pasha,

In this version, when the app is open for the first time, the sounds work ok. If you press the 'back button' to close it, and the app continue in memory, if you open again Yowindow, the sound will completely stop.

If I remove the application from the task list, and open the application again -from YoWindow launch icon or from the Yowindow icon in the notification bar-, the sound come back, but only until you return to open YoWindow again. The same happens if you restart the device: the first time, the sounds work; the following times no longer work.

My device: Samsung Galaxy S2 with Android 4.1.2.

Hi Pasha,

I have just tested 0.82 on one android so far.
Kyocera 4.0.4 Rise
I have more testing to do later.

I wanted to get this information to you as I have experienced what Fred has described.

First I tested Free. I had no problems with the wallpaper.
It picked Mansfield as the home location as it should.
I added my usual locations.
After I exited Free, I clicked on Free icon and added one more location - Honolulu.
And then changed the landscape to Seaside - Free crashed.
I have sent you the crash report.

I then uninstalled Free, cleared the cache, and installed Unlimited.

With Unlimited, I had no problems with the wallpaper.
It picked Mansfield as the home location as it should.
I added my usual locations.
After I exited Unlimited, I clicked on Unlimited icon and added one more location - Honolulu.
And then changed the landscape to Seaside - Unlimited crashed.
I have sent you the crash report.

After Honolulu and Seaside crashed, I was now looking at missing wallpaper.
It was a black screen instead of Unlimited wallpaper.
I waited a few seconds doing nothing and then Unlimited wallpaper displayed again.

In both Free and Unlimited, I had added my usual locations and changed Saint Petersburg to Airport - no crashes.
In both Free and Unlimited, I then clicked on the icon and added Honolulu and changed to Seaside - both crashed.
And Unlimited did the disappearing wallpaper act.

Релиз работает стабильно.
Недостаток: при установке приложения (я говорю о бесплатной версии) мое местоположение все-таки не определилось. Не хочу напрасно грешить на приложение, не исключаю того, что проблема с моей стороны.
Багов, отмеченных выше, я не выловил. Черных экран и вылетов не было. Приложение и живые обои работают без нареканий. Равно как и виджеты. В общем, я в восторге.

I tested 0.82 Unlimited and 0.82 Free on all of the following
Kyoceras 4.0.4
NextBook 4.1.1
Lenovo 4.1.2
Samsung 2.3.6

No waves in the sea or river at live wallpaper.
No sea or river !!! (black) at main program.

On all of my androids when I add a location and change it's landscape to Seaside or Oriental,
the sea and the river did not have any waves or ripples. Please see attached.

On my tablets, this was not a problem.
On my phones when I would exit from YoWindow or YoWinow Free, they would crash and
the wallpaper was missing. It had become a black screen. See viewtopic.php?f=58&t=22175#p57172

So for now, the landscapes with a problem are Seaside and Oriental.
I do not know if there are any others.

I have sent you all of my crash reports from my Kyoceras.
