Hey, friends!
It's time to start betatesting on Android.

I just have shared with you our first test app.
It is not YoWindow yet, but a very simplified version we call "YoWindow Alpha".

All the app can do is display current temperature and weather condition.
- You can add locations and switch between them.
Tap location name to select another location or add a new one.
- You can set YoWindow Alpha as wallpaper.
- You can create a number of YoWindow Alpha widgets for locations of your choice.

Minimal system requirements: Android 2.3

Please install YoWindow Alpha.
We want you to pass the following tests.

1. On the first start, check if your location is detected correctly.
2. Check if the temperature displayed in the correct units C or F.
YoWindow looks up current Androd language/country and picks the unit system used in the corresponding country.
3. Add/remove several locations
4. Set YoWindow Alpha as Android Wallpaper
5. Add several widgets.
Tap any widget to open its location in the app.
6. Rotate Android and make sure YoWindow app, wallpaper and the widgets displayed correctly after rotation.

When you are done, report test results IN THIS FORUM TOPIC.
If everything is clear, no bugs found, just reply to this topic with "no problem with [your device model]"
Otherwise let us know what went wrong and make sure to mention your device model.

When I try to add a destination through all locations United Kindom, I get a forced closed halfway through the places starting with B. I tried this 3 times. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Grand. 4.2.2

Installation OK, On the first start, my location is detected correctly, the temperature displayed in the correct units C,YoWindow looks up current Androd language/country and picks the unit system used in the corresponding country, when i Add/remove several locations problem with France/All locations the application stop and wallpaper disappears.
YoWindow Alpha as Android Wallpaper OK, several widgets OK, when i tap any widget i open its location in the app. When i rotate Android YoWindow app, wallpaper and the widgets displayed correctly after rotation.

Detects my location and Celsius OK
I can delete and add locations
When I try to add a widget the program is unfortunately stopped so I can't test further

Device: HTC One S (ville c2)
Everything works fine, except widgets: when I tap on any city widget - in app opens my current location, but not city that i wanted.

5. Ok except one FC, and tapping opens home location regardless of widget's title and even if home location is deleted from location list.
6. No temp on rotated widgets are shown, and there's no location title on live walpaper.

Same here. Samsung Galaxy Note n7000 with android 4.1.2

Located me one town over; did give temperature in Fahrenheit, was able to remove other cities and add my own, (Charlotte, N.C.) and then it started crashing. After setting the wall-paper it ran OK until activating the widget caused both the widget and the wall paper to crash. The wallpaper, before it crashed, displayed the temperature and a rotating cloud and half moon.

No problems with Asus Nexus 7.
