I see it now. it's there but it sure isn't forecasting my weather....guess my weather forecast comes out of New Castle, Pa and that is the weather forecast I am getting....I am not at all close to New Castle, Pa so not really doing me much good

METAR station KUCP in New Castle, Pennsylvania is supplying the current conditions only.
It looks like KUCP is still being repaired.
For current conditions, you can use Youngstown as you have on 5164449; New Waterford/Ohio/USA - the city or
you are 16 miles from Beaver Falls County - Beaver Falls, PA (KBVI) or
you can try to use OWM (Open Weather).

The forecast is coming from NWS (or Yr.no).
You can also select OWM for your forecast.

I will be studying KUCP in New Castle to see how long it takes the METAR station to be repaired.
If repairs do not happen soon, I will request an icao change for your 2 locations.

thanks so much for your reply....weather here in New Waterford not usually the same as Youngstown but will use it for now.
