Hi,

I am having trouble getting reliable/accurate weather information for my area. I live in Proserpine, QLD, Australia. The nearest weather station Yowindow can get data from is 40km's away on Hamilton Island even though their is an automatic weather station run by the Australian Bureau of Meteorology located at Proserpine.

Would it be possible to source data from the BOM for Australian Yowindow locations?

Apparently METAR and TAF information is available for Proserpine located here: http://www.bom.gov.au/aviation/forecasts/taf/#8 (type 44 into the TAF search bar and select "Search") - Proserpine is listed eighth on the list. I have typed in YBPN which is the code for Proserpine in the properties menu but it keeps saying "Update Error".

I hope you can assist me in getting accurate data for my location.
