Your location is 519468; Novaya Tolkovka/Russia.

Right now your weather comes from the METAR UWPP, wich is Penza Airport.
This station is unreliable at the moment as it's not sending any data since July 19th 2013.
There are three alternative stations you could try instead:

UWGG - Nizhny Novgorod International Airport
UWLW - Ulyanovsk East Airport
UWSS - Saratov Central Airport

Please select Location/Properties and change the code UWPP to one of the three above.
Now press OK.
Let us know which one works best for you, so that we can have it changed in the database.

I will check out UWPP every now and then.
It may be that it is under maintenance right now.
If it comes back I will let you know.
If not I will ask the developer to change the METAR to UWSS in the database.
