Wrong Season

Post by mjoshea148 »

Lately under b150, the season for Methuen, MA 01844 appears to incorrectly be Fall.

Hi

I am researching your problem.
My PC is showing your location properly.

Click onto Location > Properties.
Look at Season Map.

Your Season Map should look like the following
04.01:naked/05.01:spring/06.01:summer/09.24:autumn/11.07:naked/12.27:winter

If it is different, please supply us with the dates and seasons.

Thank you in advance.

I attached the screenshot to show the differences between what you replied with and how the application is configured.

Thanks for the support!

Hi Mike,

Try this and let us know how it works.

When YoWindow has launched, check if the season-map is still wrong.
Then press F5 - the weather and season map is going to be updated after this.
Then check the season-map again, I expect it to be fixed and never be broken again.

Thank you in advance.

Hi Marty,

If I understand your directions correctly, I launched the application, clicked F5 and the weather refreshed as expected. However, the display and season map properties remained the same - should I be changing those manually to what you provided and then performing this step?

Thanks,

Mike

Hi Mike,

You posted at the beginning that you are using b150.
Is that correct?

There was an error with b147 that has been corrected.

Please send your options.xml to support@repkasoft.com
Also let Pasha know your time-zone.

Thank you in advance.

Apologies for the delayed replay and ugh...I hadn't updated to B150.

The issue is resolved as you described - I apologize for not staying up to date.
