YoWindow Do Not Display Forecast

For some reasons the latest version of YoWindow Pro 3S build 150 do not display forecast, how to fix it, i already uninstalled/reinstalled...
I am on Windows 8 64bit

I tried Alfortville, France on my PC.
I have current conditions and a forecast.

Try this.
Completely exit from YoWindow.
Completely clear your Internet Cache.
Press F5.
Restart YoWindow.

Let me know if this corrects your problem.

Thanks for your suggestion, apparently it was my internet security tool Vipre, i shutdown vipre and saw that yowindo forecast updated. It is strange because vipre never caused this trouble earlier. When i refreshed Windows 8 pro, reinstalled vipre then reinstalled yowindow i noticed that forecast was not working...thought something was wrong with yowindow new version, apparently for unknown reasons vipre was causing this preventing forecast?
