I have the original 4 weather stations

I have the original 4 weather stations that came with the program, New York, Los Angeles, Japan, and London.
Can you please give me the exact directions to add other weather stations to this program? I have tried several times, but I'm evidently not doing something right. I have YoWindow on my Windows and can add sites without a problem.
