I've attached also a screenshot using YoWindow 2.0. I've installed 2.0 overwriting 3.0 and it worked..
after going back to 3.0, same Problem again..

Can you do an experiment that I have described in this post?

Something unusual is going on.
I have just made new build that prints more diagnostic information to the console.

Please can you download it and repeat the test?
Again I need the information from the console window.

I guess you can stop your investigation now as we found out (with the logs) that the Update-requests of YoWindow 3.0 are blocked by my company...
I'm wondering that YoWindow 2.0 is working fine..

Yes, the program logs show that YoWindow is blocked by corporate firewall.
Try asking network administrator to add *.yowindow.com to allowed domains.

I think there is also a rule that allows YoWindow 2.0 to access our old server server2.yowindow.com
That is why YoWindow 2.0 can download the weather.

What i don't understand:
server2.yowindow.com is working fine also desktop1.yowindow.com and desktop2.yowindow.com are working and i get a webpage with "sb1.yowindow.com" in the first line..
Only with sb1.yowindow.com i'll get a message from our blocker....

To ask our adminstators is not an option, unfortunattly.. and i think that yowindow.com was not enabled by a rule to pass the blocker.

It turned out there was a big error inside yo3.
By a mistake it was directing requests to sb1 instead of desktop1.
I have fixed it please update to b45.
Without you I would not notice this error.
