Hey, Reinhart!
After custom landscape is created it is put in custom landscapes folder.
If a landscape is not in this folder, it is forbidden to edit its name and description.
On win 7 the landscapes folder is here
C:\Users\[user name]\AppData\Roaming\YoWindow3_alpha\landscapes\
This is to make sure the user will not change the landscape by an accident.
This feature is for landscape authors only.
Yo2 was acting the same way.
Is the landscape you are trying to edit was created by you?

You can edit .ywl file manually since you are an advanced user.
Or you can move it to landscapes folder to be able to edit within YoWindow.
As you wish.

Hi Pasha,
I can edit the name of the landscape and add a description. But this changes are only to see in Yowin. There are no changes in the app folder. Is this right?

Landscape name and description are expected to be saved in .ywl file of the landscape.
YoWindow is expected to reflect the changes in the user interface.
As far as I remember there is a small error that landscape name is not updated in the main-menu after rename.
This feature must work just like in Yo2.
