[FIXED] Bug setting wind direction

Hi Pasha,

I discovered a bug, still appearing in build 15.
If you go to Program/Options/Advanced you are allowed
to change the "View direction" of the wind.
At my location I would like to set the value at 0.
Till now on everything seems to work.
If I change the default value 180 to 0, and press
the OK button, the wind will blow in the right direction.
If I make no other changes, everything stays ok.
But, if I would like to make another (arbitrary) change
as, for example, set a mark at "Show small YoWindow logo",
then the wind direction will fall back to the default 180
and blows to the wrong direction.
It doesn't matter what change you make, it will always
happen. You have as last change to set the View direction
again at 0 and it wil work again.
But, that's not OK I think. It seems the value (0) I set
will not be saved if you make another change after setting
the wind direction!
Hopefully you can do something with this information and
can solve the problem.
