Hi Pavel,
with Ctrl-Left /-Right you can cycle through the days.
What about cycling through the defined locations with Alt-Left / -Right and activating the home-location with Alt-Pos1?

Yes!
Great suggestion!
Do you think Alt-Up/Down is better, since the location list is vertical?
What is Alt-Pos1
Do you mean Alt-1?

Good argument. Alt-Up/Down would be better.par wrote:Do you think Alt-Up/Down is better, since the location list is vertical?
The Pos1-key is the key with which you set the cursor at the beginning of the current line (in a text-editor). Another example: with Ctrl-Pos1 you jump to the beginning of the document itself.par wrote:What is Alt-Pos1

Re: Keyboard-Shortcut for cycling through locations
I have added these shortcuts to YoWindow, but without Alt modificator.
Up - prev location
Down - next location
Home - home location
There is a bug I'm aware of - If you once have chose a location by mouse the Home button selects the first location in the list, not the home location (unless they match)

Re: Keyboard-Shortcut for cycling through locations
Pasha,
I hope it's just me...............
.........but it doesn't work for me at all.
1. It gets very unstable, i.e. the app. hangs or gets abnormally slow.
2. I couldn't kill the app. (not even with taskmanager), due to a very busy processor and harddisk.
3. I get a undefined background with a strange "SWF"-message.
I've made a screenshot to show you.
I've blurred out the site-name, to make shure not to embarrass you, should this come from one of your partners.
BTW: If I wait long enough, it does work. that is I do get another location.
It's just that it gets overloaded, besides the "SWF"-message and undefined background.
Fred

Re: Keyboard-Shortcut for cycling through locations
From Bugs / Release candidate: can't use user-defined landscapes:
You seem to have fixed more than just this!
My problem (with the SWF-message) is vanished now.
It's also speedy again, doesn't hang-up any longer, in short: back to normal again.
Great :!:
Thanks a lot.
