Snowcover request

Is it possible to dynamically show the amount of snowcover on the ground in the image? I assume the snowcover data can be obtained from the station information. Also, can visibility data be used to dynamically show the rate at which snow (or ice or rain) is occurring in the image? The visibility data is already displayed so depicting that in the image shouldn't be difficult. Thanks.
