paid additions - pay to get a new feature added

I used to work on a software e commerce site years ago. To get new features or new art works people could request, like yo window 'new feature' list, we would include the idea if we loved it or if lots of people requested it, or we would put a small price on it, say 3 GBP or 5 USD: if person wanted it badly they paid the full amount, if several people want it, they pay small donation... It was a good way to raise money for our project and encouraged constant evolution whilst discouraging piracy.

Would you consider adding this to your great program? I know it adds workload but it does improv income too.

I love your weather app so much, I want to help it flourish. I would donate to see features for sure!
