Licence key

Hello,

Yesterday, I bought the unlimited YoWindow licence-key.

I installed the key on my 2 Mac computer : IMac, first and MacBook Pro, few minutes later. This 2 computers are in my home and use the same e-mail address. I didn't give the key to any other person.

This morning, the extended meteo works only on my MacBook Pro. On my iMac, I have a message : invalid key licence !!!

Where is the problem ???

Maybe due to the different time-zone?
The support-team usually has very fast response-time but lives in UTC+3 + DST so maybe it was night when you've sent your mail to the team.

If I put in my licence key I get all the available options, but when I quit the program (turn off my computer) and start YoWindow 3 again, I have to fill in the licence key again.
Btw, I have a licence for version 2.

Which build of YoWindow 3 are you running?

Hello,

I use Windows XP with all the updates.
YoWindow 3 build 61.
Quitting the program (without shutting off the computer) and starting YoWindow again has the same result (need to fill in licence key again).

Please do not change anything!
This is a unique moment we can catch the error.
Because it is easy to repeat the error now.

I need you to send me the diagnostic messages YoWindow prints to a special diagnostic console window.

- Go to YoWindow installation folder
"C:\Program Files\YoWindow"

- Run yowindow_debugMode.bat
This will launch YoWindow in diagnostic mode.

A new black window should open.
I will call it "console".
YoWindow prints diagnostic information inside console.

- Copy the contents of console window after YoWindow is opened.
Here's how to do it.
- Click on the icon in the top-left corner of the black console window.
- A menu will appear
- Select Edit/Select All
- Press Enter on the keyboard
- Paste the text into email and send it to support@repkasoft.com

Hello Par,

If I run yowindow_debugMode.bat, it opens YoWindow (unregistered version) and there's nothing to copy/paste in the console.
If I enter the licence key, everything is OK, but if I run the debug program, YoWindow again opens in the unregistered version.
Still there's nothing to copy in the console.
If I go to the submenu Debug in YoWindow and I click on Debug Weather, everything is checked, excempt the top one, called "Hold".
Hope you can do something with it.

Update:
On my laptop (Windows 7) everything works fine.

Can you take a screen-shot of console window and post it here or send it to support@repkasoft.com?
There's always something inside console window.

Update:
When I close YoWindow it minimizes to the taskbar, but when I hoover over it with my mouse, YoWindow closes, very strange... (I opened YoWindow with the debug-program).
Maybe this has something to do with that?

Another thing:
When YoWindow is opened and I fill in my licence key, it shows the unlimited version, but after some minutes the screensaver comes up and this opens in the free version.

Hope you can do something with my information.
