weather update error

Hello. I'm unable to update my weather because of a "Update Error" that won't go away. I've had this error for about three weeks now. It's on every landscape. Running Windows 10. Does anyone have a solution to this problem? Thanks.

Do you have the error on all locations?

What is your location so we can test it?

I haven't tried anything else. I live in the USA. I'm not sure what other specific information you need

What is the YoWindow build that you are using?

What is the location you are having a problem with?
Example: Cleveland, Ohio or Denver, Colorado.

I live in Lake Summerset, about 30 miles NW of Rockford IL That's the nearest big city from me. And Rockford is about 100 miles west of Chicago.

YoWindow RC b84
I am not having a problem with Lake Summerset.

What build are you using?

How often do you completely exit from YoWindow?
Do a Ctrl Q and completely exit from YoWindow.
Completely clear your cache.

Now restart YoWindow.
Is it working now?

I have build 80 yowindow 4. I always fully exit yowindow when I'm done. Did what you suggested, but it didn't work. Also, I didn't mention, I have been having problems for some time with yowindow not responding when I try to open it. Often, it takes several times before I can open it. But was having this problem before the update error began.

I installed RC b84, and although the "not responding" issue seems to be solved, I'm still getting a weather update error. I even restarted my computer. When I installed the other yowindow, it just upgraded the existing program. Would it be better to completely uninstall the program and reinstall the new one?

I uninstalled yowindow, reinstalled the new build, and all problems solved. Thank you very much for all your help.
