Will not start with window

I have a registered (paid for) version of YoWindow and I cannot get the program to start with windows. On starting my laptop (Win 10), the temperatures does not appear in the task bar at the right hand side. The box in options for it to start with windows is checked and it is in the common start up folder.

I have to manually start YoWindow and then the temperature will appear in the right hand side of the task bar and stay there until I shut the machine down.

I have an unregistered version on a desk top and don't have this problem. YoWindow starts with windows and the temperature appears in the task bar without me having to manually start YoWindow

Could anyone help to sort this problem? Thank you.

Hi Susan,

I can't think of anything why this doesn't work.
The only thing I can think of is uninstall / re-install the program.

Let us know if that solves your problem.
