update error

hi everybody, i have a problem, yo wont update and hasnt been able to update for 31 days , i get a big red sign at top saying UPDATE ERROR , any body have any idea what the problem is ?

What YoWindow version are you experiencing trouble with?
Platform, Build, Version.
Is Tewantin the location you are talking about.
Any details on your PC, internet connection etc. would also be welcome.
