Why having also installed the new version he asks me to still install it?

Hi,

There may be a mixup in the numbering of the latest version.
Can you please try to install the latest version here: http://yowindow.com/deploy/yosetup.exe?

Does the update message persist after updating?

I have unloaded the updating from the suitable link, and it now seems all ok.. Thanks

After update installation: You have the latest version 4.0.5
