YoWindow Keeps resetting UPDATE

I posted an update under my original post but no one ever answered me so I am reposting here.
Initially I thought my YoWindow was working after the reinstall however it is not it just took a little longer to malfunction. Again all my settings and locations are gone . Please advise what I might try now.
