We are getting bigger and bigger day by day.
I wonder if it is the right time to introduce our forum rules (nettikettes).

What do you think?

Pavel,

I do agree ..... because we are getting bigger and bigger day by day.

There is almost a good reason to move a decision far away into the future.

A big community like our forum should have it.

We are a living community, and some rules like a nettikette make things easier.

I am a ham radio operator since 1965 - we are doing our hobby according to such "rules" since nearly 90 years.
The boyscout have it - why not the yowindow forum?

These are my thoughts .......

kind regards to all of you out there around our globe - enjoying this excellent software and the superb job of the programmers and our landscapers

Uli :)

Hi Pavel,
I agree with you ;)
Most of the necessary points you can find in the FAQ's ... but who is reading this "bible" :?:
Pavel, I think you can see how many users klicked this side (but how many read all this points ???)

So my proposel is to use the most important points from the FAQ's and add a "netiquette". Put it together in a very briefly form and place this "rules" as a separate point on top of the forum.
In addition you can make this point to a part of the registration of new members of the forum ("I confirm to have red the rules and I agree with it")

What do you think about my proposel?

Werner

Can't agree more.
And a good idea anyhow.
