Re: Oriental, BETA
Hi Pasha,
All I have had time for is a quick test. I will do more testing later.
For now, I have one United States and Millie is flying on both Village and Oriental.
I also tried Fiesta and Amelie on a few locations. Everything I tried is working on WinXP and Win7.
Thank you.
Marty

Re: Oriental, BETA
Hi Pasha,
If you did not get a chance to read my email yet, the problem of Millie going from White to Black is not an 'Oriental' issue. It happens in 'Village' also.
The problem is when it is a warm Monday with no snow in one part of the World and it is a cold Sunday with snow in another part of the World, Monday White Millie fades into Sunday Brown Billie (against the Ice Blue snow Billie appears Black) and then fades away as there is snow.
I have attached a screenshot of Billie who needs to be trained. This did not happen during the fade process. The fade process had already occurred and the pasture had neither Millie nor Billy in it. The pasture was just snow covered. Then from the left side of the screen a black horse trots out into the pasture, walks in front of the tree, and then continues on toward the fence. I hovered on it and the 'Billy' tooltip displayed. I then got the screenshot for you. The screenshot is also included in the email. This screenshot is from my WinXP. I have not tried this out on my Win7 yet.
As I said before, this is not an 'Oriental' issue. Billie needs to be trained!!
Hopefully, this can be easily fixed.

Re: Oriental, BETA
Thanks, Marty!
I should agree with you, this is definetly a very minor issue.
It happens rare and does not cause much trouble.
I was not able to reproduce it after playing with landscapes and seasons for some time.
Today is Monday, so it's hard to get Billy out.
But, anyway, I have adjusted Horse algorithm to prevent Horse from showing up on snow no matter what.
Check out the new build.
I hope I did it right.
