Chromebook

I have a new Chromebook and cannot download the program and have it work. Worked fine on my old refurbished Chromebook. The new one keeps telling me I need to purchase the program to have no ads. I have a license but nowhere to put it as the program will not run - license 001E-9877-0501-A414-EF1D..... the program says I need Flash Player or it is disabled but it is built into Chrome I downloaded program for Chrome then uninstalled and downloaded for Android even though Chrome Is not Android - any suggestion is welcome - I still have a desktop at home that works just not on this Chroombook
