As of this morning, April 13, I'm seeing ads in the paid version of the Chrome extension. I have tried emptying my cache, restarting my browser, and uninstalling and reinstalling the extension. Please fix!

Are you sure you have downloaded the paid version, but not the free one?

Yes, I have downloaded the paid version. It's version 1.82.

The ads are now gone. However, there's no weather showing up, and when I click the "refresh" icon, nothing happens. I've done all the usual things to troubleshoot: cleared cache, restarted browser, uninstalled and reinstalled the extension.

Could it be a temporary problem on our servers?
Do you still experience the error?

Still having the same problem today. I tried adding a new city and deleting my home city, but it still doesn't show any weather.

saw that it was working when i checked earlier today but yesterday and now it doesn't seem to be. pretty hit and miss lately.

I think the free version is great, but I need to add 3 stories to my design. When will the paid versions of this product become available on Windows 8 platform?
