Hi!

I hope this is the last Chrome-edition build before the next release.

At the bottom of YoWindow window there are some promo links that invite the user to download desktop edition or to add the widget.
They used to be static, that is they were a part of the extension.
Now the promotional links are loaded from our server.
So we can change them anytime we want.

We need this to advertise YoWindow for iPhone instantly, as soon as it is ready.
Please check that promo links are working properly and I did not break anything.

Promo Links are working okay.

I checked out amelie, fiesta, forecast panels, options page, and changing locations.
Everything seems to be working okay.
