Major changes to YoWindow for Chrome 1.35

I have reworked major parts of YoWindow for Chrome code.
The chance of an error is very high.
I need your help to check my work before YoWindow goes public.

Please check all the features you can.
If only one feature would fail, the users could dump YoWindow rating on Chrome store significantly.

There are no new features.
The rework was required to adapt YoWindow to the new Google API for extensions (version 2).
Otherwise YoWindow extension would stop to work in 2013.

Chrome extension is very important for the project.
It attracts around 1000 new users every day.
We need to make sure the quality preserved with this release.

Pay special attention to:
1. If your language was detected properly
2. First time location selection, when you first time open Options.
3. Every action on Options page can fail, they all must work properly.


Google has recently forbidden to distribute the extensions directly from the web.

Follow these steps to install the extension for testing
1. Download the extension file from the website and save it to your computer.
2. Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
3. Select Tools > Extensions.
4. Locate the extension file on your computer and drag the file onto the Extensions page.
5. Review the list of permissions in the dialog that appears. If you would like to proceed, click Install.

There was an error in deployment process.
That is why my last change did not work in the RC.
Now I have fixed this error as well.
