Updating weather continuously displaying

Ever since the the ending of 2020 Daylight Saving Time this morning in the UK, the 'Updating weather' message shows continuously and the green progress bar flickers below it. Same with any weather provider.
Also the max/min temperature values just show '?'.
I guess this is a time synch issue? It's the same on all my 3 laptops. One uses Win7, both the others Win10 but different releases.
