YoWindow doesn't work most of the time

My YoWindow works occasionally but most of the time there is only a black screen. I have updated a couple times in the past days but it didn't change my results. I use Windows 10 and this is on my desktop. It always worked up to about 2 weeks ago. Any ideas? Thanks. Dean
