That is the time shown at the top of the forum listings
In fact, in Dorval, Canada (H9S1A0) the time is 7:45 am
Not the first time the times don't agree.

Have you edited your forum's user control panel..?

Accessible under the board index link...

In the Board Preference pane...

Set your time zone...

Make sure you submit the settings before exiting the control panel...

Yup, that did it for me. Changed to Daylight Saving Time and it's now correct.
