Bad ICAO code

Stopped weather updating for Naryan-Mar, Russia.
In location properties shows "Bad ICAO code".
However this location is picked up from list, thus it is listed. Also it exists in metsat:
http://en.allmetsat.com/weather-forecas ... ?city=4921
So it is something wrong with program.
