Back to the beginning

Post by sgunn108 »

Good morning and Happy New Year!

It seems that my YoWindow went back to the beginning as though I just started it and hadn't set anything up yet. Besides my home base, it shows the default cities all over the world. It also only shows temps for 3 days, instead of 7. :(

Yes, I use the ctrl Q and clear out my cache before opening my YW.

What happened? I hate the idea of having to set up all over again.

Pls help. Thank you

My YW still won't keep any settings I put in place. It's not even showing the sunrise/sunset/daylight hours, even though I apply it.
Again, I'm still using the Ctrl-Q and clearing my cache. Please help me get my YW to working order again!
Thank you.

Seems like a recurring problem for some users...

Please uninstall...Set your folder options to list 'hidden files and folders'...

Make sure there is no YoWindow directory left after that...

Reboot your machine...

Download the latest .exe and save it...

http://yowindow.com/rc.html

Right click the executable and 'run as administrator'...

Alter some settings...apply them...

Close YoWindow...reboot and check if settings are saved when you open YoWindow again...

Hope this helps and a Happy New Year to you too...
