YW will/will not start - debugMode works/doesn't

Sometimes the program will not start. The icon is present on the taskbar, with no temp showing - just a blue YoWindow logo. The icon is not accessible - you can't exit the program from it. I have to end the process from the task manager. I did manage to get the debugMode to work, but only once. Now only the debug prompt opens and hangs at user data:

After several attempts to start the program, it will sometimes start and run normally.

Sometimes the program will run, but the debugMode will not. At the moment, after several attempts, both the program and debugMode work. Shutting them down . . . now neither one will start. And now YW won't start but the debugMode will . . . etc.

Running the ver 4.0.60 of YoWindow on Win 7/64
