Can't view YoWindow

Both Firefox and Internet Explorer keep asking me to download Adobe Flash Player, which I have already installed. So, I cannot view YoWindow on my website. What can I do to make this work?

You have to download the latest Flash Player (version 10) and then restart your browser.
Here is the link: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
YoWindow will not run inside old Flash Player.

OK, I can view YoWindow in FireFox now, but cannot view it in Internet Explorer. I can view YoWindow on other websites in IE, just not on this site or on mine.Is there anything you can suggest?
