Weather not shown in system tray when using PWS

On the website it says "Current weather in system tray beside the current time. Detailed weather information displayed when you move the mouse over." but when I use a PWS current weather, it no longer shows the current temperature. Look at these picture so will you understand. I have also tested on different computer but same issue, both with Windows 10 and Windows 7.
