Balloons surprise remastered.
- The look of the balloons and the colors were updated.
- Balloons ordered correctly depending on the distance.

You can launch a balloon with Ctrl+B hot key.
Make sure there's a significant wind speed for the balloon to move.
Please test "fiesta" spell as well.

I tried dragging balloons the same way.
Town and Americana do the same as the video.
Valley has a problem with balloons in the stream.

All other landscapes the balloons look okay.
