I was thinking it might have to do with the local calendar, which will have a registration if daylight savings should be used or not.

This turned out to be a complicated problem.
Flash was correcting time because of daylight change.
With good intentions.
I wasn't expecting it to be that nice.
I have added a fix that I hope to solve the problem.
However, I'm not sure it 100% reliable.
