Hi Pasha,
Caracas, Venezuela 1/2 hour time zones is fixed.
I tried amelie, fiesta, and ufo. They are all working.
If you set your time zone as America - New York, there is still a problem with scrolling back in time from the start of Daylight Savings Time.
Some of the days are there. But a lot of the days are not there.
I was able to see the history for the the first week in January, but it was incorrect.
The High and the Low for the day are close, but the big temperature and sky conditions are incorrect.
January 7th temperatures are completely wrong.
The High and Low are not even close.
From today and scrolling back to the start of Daylight Savings Time, Temperature and Sky Conditions work.
The problems are before the start of Daylight Savings Time.
See attached.

Hi Pasha,
The USA started Daylight Savings Time on March 9th.
weather.com and accuweather have calendars showing the high and low temperatures for the day.
accuweather is from our airport METAR station and weather.com is from our ski lodge (coldest part of the state).
I also record on my calendar what the sky conditions and wind was for the day.
I also record the High and Low from accuweather (METAR station) along with what activity occurred.
I have attached some screenshots of weather history since Daylight Savings Time has started.
These are a lot more accurate.

Re: b171
I have compared the data provided by Open Weather Map to Accuweather history for Mansfield on January 7 2014.
As far as I see - OWM provides wrong data on this date.
We are waiting for OWM to fix the problem.
