b167 - Town Landscape not Working

I am not sure where I got YoWindow's Town Landscape but it has been working fine for me up through v3.0 b165. In builds 166 and 167 I get a solid black screen. If I go back to using build 165 the town landscape starts working again. All my other landscapes are ok including the homemade ones.
Can anyone help?

I am pretty sure that the Town landscape was never officially released. What I have is a boxy 4x3 format version, but it's all I really need for now.

I am running Windows 8.0
Adobe Flash Player is v12.0.0.77
