Hi Pasha,

I have had the weather expired twice that I can recall. The most recent was on September 1st. I posted on the forum under Bugs.

I like Fred and Flip, almost always have the desktop running. When the screen saver comes on, I still have the desktop running. My PCs are Windows XP.

The last time on September 1st, pressing F5 would not help. I have not had anymore problem with it.

Hi,

The screensaver on windows 7 showed a very big bird.

I clicked to close the screensaver and clicked on the temperature icon into the taskbar.

Now I got the weather expired message again.

This message did not show on the screensaver, but only on the application.
If I press F5, I see the weather update message, but the message stays.
After that, there is no reaction on pressing F5, neither when I click on the menu Update weather.
So, I close the application and starting up again

I'm trying to find some time to investigate this, so far no luck, but I will dig into the matter sooner or later.

good morning Pavel,

the big bird is back again - visible on the left in half the hight of the screen, moving his wings.
Two airplanes did pass the sky and a lot of birds were on the screen too.
We have had a clear sky with no clouds.

One minute ago the big bird has been visible with the screensaver, some seconds after the start of it.

I am running XP home with SP3 and all actual updates, Yowindow is RC 378.
After moving the mouse the screensaver closed.
The Yowindow application was not running on the desktop.

I have made a lot of changes to birds, check out the fresh RC 379.
However, the big-bird effect problem is not solved yet.

Hi,

I downloaded and installed RC 379.

At least I think so.

After installation the version still shows build 378.

And I have not seen any bird flying
