There is a very high chance that screen-saver works ok in this build.
Let me know if I have managed to tame it.

Hi Pasha,

Just a quick impression:

- Screensaver OK, seems solved :!:

But still:
- No native language
- Resizing issue

Thanks, feeling happy :)

Fred, please please, can you give me a simple step by step guide on how to repeat the resizing issue?

There's really not a lot I have to do, I'm sorry

- I have 9 locations selected, all with different landscapes, the last one with village.
- I simply select these locations one by one pressing key down or up.
- During doing so, there is always (!) one location where it goes wrong.
I see only sky then. Switching back and forth from maximum to small screen will restore the landscape.
- Selecting the next location, however will give a smaller landscape in a maximized window.
I have to do the same 'minimizing/maximizing' sequence to get it sorted.

If I don't restore it the way I just described and keep switching from one location to the other, YoWindow remembers the 'unadapted' landscape size.

I hope this will help you on the right track to solve it.

Goodluck and thanks in advance,
Fred

Hi Pavel & Fred,

I tested (nearly) all functions:
screensaver OK
size (min/max) OK
changing landscapes OK
changing villages OK
making new landscapes OK

So it's done :D

Fred, thank you, I have managed to repeat the error.
It only repeats with a certain window size.
Hard to repeat, but possible.
Tomorrow I will fix this hopefully.

Yes, Werner, a lot of stress :o
Thanks for testing it all!

Hi Pasha, Fred, and Werner,

I tried out RC 373 on every function in normal Min mode.

Still getting Microsoft message.
Still not getting any birds.

Screen Saver is working.
Adding landscape is working.
Switching between locations is working.

I then went back and tried out Fred's way of flipping between locations in Max mode and I think I have tracked down what is going on with Resizing issue.

Werner, you made an excellent landscape of the New River Gorge Bridge for me. And I thank you. It is a larger size png than some of the other landscapes. When you come into YoWindow, click on Max. Now select the New River Gorge Bridge. You will get a Max version of it with only half of it showing. Now click on Min, the entire Bridge shows. Now click on Max again, the entire Bridge shows.

After looking at the New River Gorge Bridge and staying in Max mode, I selected Vienna which is the Village and I get a Village that just partially fills the screen. If I flip thru other locations, once I get to a location that has a png that is small in pixels I no longer have a resizing problem. Everything goes back to normal.

Werner, come into YoWindow and click on Max. First go to New River Gorge Bridge. Click Min and then click Max. Select next location and quite possibly it will be the wrong size.

I hope the above information helps.

Marty

Hi to all,
@ Marty & Fred, I can not repeat your fault with the different sizes. Changing minimum 10 times different landscapes with max/min/normal window ... no problem
Normally all my landscapes are 1920 pix in width. High depends on 16:9 or 4:3 size.

I don't think it's important, my monitor is full HD. So it is 1920 x 1080 pix.

@ Pasha, now I'm missing the birds :? and from time to time the Win7 error is showing :(
When I klick the error window to close the pop up, Yowindow is going on.
