Hello,
I use YoWindow weather widget and it works in colaboration with yowindow.xml

The xml file works fine.You can see it here:

Since “feel like” feature has been addede to the widget, I am facing a problem. The weather icon does not appear, instead writing “N/A”, and the page runs extremely slowly.
How can this be fixed??

Alexandros,

Your xml is missing the clouds value which normally comes along with the description.

<description value="Clear Sky"/>
<clouds value="clear"/>

You'll have to see why that is missing. What program is generating your xml?

Thank you for your reply.
The weather icon was appearing normally for one year now.
The problem was first appeared a few days ago and I think that it doesn’t have to do with my xml file.

that does not have neither description value nor clouds value.

Although the widget is working normally.

Alexandros,

I understand. If your xml is not providing that information, then it would have to come from the METAR. Someone else will have to help you with that, but in the meantime you could test with another location and see if it works then.

Hi Alessandro and Jim,

I have the same problem since some days. First I thought it is only my problem and so I checked my xml ... nothing has changed since more than one year! I got the N/A only for the weather icon and only on the widget (desktopversion is OK) on my site www.wetter.toernover.com.
It has nothing to do with the METAR because the fault is only on "Live" with the datas of my PWS.
So I'm afraid we have to wait till Pasha is back from Paris

I want to do I report the same problem with me. I get characters that is clear to me, and YoWindow the other icons Mist. Mist's say the meter data from Maribor airport closest to me. I noticed lately, and I am disappointed. It has long been good at working with the icon. For me it has to be an icon that I put that, for me at the moment. I do not know that I report another defect, to me it should still be a landscape with autumn, and for me it is already winter. And, it should be winter only from 10.12.
Here it is not known for this regularity, so I hope to fix that.
