Country list not loading? ... about flash.

Hi there
I have noted that at least currently the country list as you may notice at http://bit.ly/1DlbPSq is not loading. I crosschecked and noted it's also the case at this example http://yowindow.com/example/lc_widget.php.
How can this be corrected?
Secondly, since the tide, at least as far as some browsers is concerned is turning against flash, have you got any plan of using an alternative?
I will appreciate some response.
