The bottom bar on the weather widget, which says Yowindow.com and NWS, does not completely appear. Just the bottom half of the line shows up on my site http://droughtstrickenbackyard.wordpress.com/

Can I do something to clean this up so everything shows completely?

I'm afraid I can't help you with this.
There has been a similair question before.
This is what I remember of it and appeared to me the same way after checking.

As far as I can see this is a wordpress issue.

I see what you mean when I visit you're site using my Internet Explorer (9) browser.
When I visit it with my Chrome browser everything looks okay.
