Corrupted weather forecast page

In the last few days we are experiencing problems with the Yowindow weather forecast widget on our website. We have four different locations and all of them are opening, but with only the top half of the thumbnail forecast. If you click to enlarge, again we only get the top half of the forecast page. Our technicians have checked, but the problem seems to be with Yowindow. Is anyone experiencing the same problem, or have found a solution?

Hi Tony,

Welcome to YoWindow.

Can you supply us with a link to your website?
Can you also supply us with a screenshot?
That way we check out the problem.

Have you cleared your cache?
There was a problem Monday night into Tuesday.
Let us know if clearing your cache takes care of the problem.

Thank you in advance.

Marty

Hi,

All four weather forecasts are still corrupted. Sorry to chase, but is there a solution to the problem? We would prefer not to leave Yowindow, but we desperately need working forecasts.

Many thanks,

Tony Oswin

Hi Tony...

There have been problems with the widget lately...

Par is working feverishly to having them permanently fixed...

I was able however to view the one in your page...after refreshing numerous times...

Please be patient as the team is working on a permanent fix...
