since registered, "adding location" not loading

Hi there.
I've had yowindow in the past, and now have it on my mac. After I registered it on my mac, I can get all the unlimited landscapes. And there are more weather days available, . But I cant seem to add locations, other than the ones that come for free. There is no big list that shows up, and when I put in a place, it says "loading", but nothing ever loads. I've tried to add new locations in a couple of places, but no go.
Any suggestions?
