The solution for "Blocked Plugin" error is to update Flash Player in Safari browser.
1. Open Safari.
2. Visit this page and update Flash Player
https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

You may experience "Update Weather" errors occasionally these days.
But, if you get them constantly, something went wrong on Mac. Try to update Flash Player.
Get YoWindow weather app for your phone or tablet.

Update.

Seeing "No weather" and/or "Weather Expired"
"Amelie/Firework/Fiesta" no longer work

Maybe I'll delete program and re-install?

It used to work so well before all the updates.
