with the link http://vpiter.com/web-camera/ you can watch several live-stream webcams of St. Petersburg.

The first who will catch Pavel or Yuri and make a screenshot will get the sky removed from a picture of his/her choice

After clicking on one of the previews you have to scroll down a little to see the area with the live-stream (bigger)

As far as I remember, you have had plans to visit us in September, but it seem did not work
Now it is getting colder, so I would recommend to come here next Spring, starting somewhere in the middle of April.
